Ever heard of the brand called Ninkasi Brewworks? If not, then we are here telling you all about it! This new microbrewery has come up to rule with their new amazing brews. The brand is popular for creating magic, supplying mouth-watering beers to multiple barrooms. Ninkasi Brewworks is one such brand which has been providing some amazing selection of brews in the last couple of years.
Vipul Hirani (an IIT Bombay Grad), founder of the brewery, credits his brewmasters, Vijay Negi (ex-Bangalore Brew Works) and Prashant Madke (ex-gateway brewing company) for all the success. They make sure they keep the beer bouquet as light as possible.
Right now, they are looking to brew a German wit, and a Belgian Style Wit (reminds you of Hoegaarden). Also, they have made Dark Lager which is a mild dark beer, having higher amount of caramel and coffee.
Czech-style pilsner is one more brew on the, visual treat owing to its attractive golden tint. Date Cider is one exotic brew on the list which you should gaze your eyes at.
The brews are available at, Beer Cafe, Kaitlyn’s Beer Garden, Woodside inn, Tuning Folk etc. One bottle of pint will cost you Rs. 259.
