The heat has reached its peak and is torturing us like never before! (We say that every year though!) But the time of the year has come when we need to get innovative with Summer coolers recipes to help us get through this annoying season! The first food item which comes in your mind when we want to stay cool is Yoghurt! That is because apart from being a healthy Food dripping with Nutrients, Yoghurt is perfect for preparing various frozen desserts, smoothies and of course our favourite ‘Lassis’!

So keeping the benefits of Yoghurt in mind, we have brought some easy and healthy Yoghurt recipes that you can try in the Kitchen to keep your mind and Body cool in the scorching heat!

Cookie Salad

As soon as we hear the word Salad, we are reminded of boring and unexciting Vegetables. But to make this innovative Cookie Salad, Vegetables are not even in the close radius! Beat whipped Cream properly till it becomes extremely Soft and Flowy. Then add Sugar to it and mix again for around a minute. After that, take flavoured Yoghurt of your choice and add 2 cups of it in the mixture. Finally, just add small pieces of Chocolate Cookies and Berries which you like!

Caramel Yoghurt Lollipop

Take Salted Caramel and heat it in the microwave for just 20 seconds. After that take Yoghurt and Milk, and mix with heated Salted Caramel in a bowl. Then heat more Caramel for around 10 second until the time it gains thick density. Churn this new mixture properly. Fill the molds of Lollipop with the mixture and freeze!

Walnut Filled Honey Yoghurt

This is one of the simplest recipes that you can prepare in almost no time. Take some Walnuts and toast them till the time they turn Golden in colour. After that, cover the toasted Walnuts with honey. Then, take flavoured or plain Yoghurt, whichever you may prefer, and pour the mixture of toasted Walnuts and honey on it. The delicious recipe to ready to be relished!

Berry Yoghurt Cake

Mix a cup of Strawberry Yoghurt with a cup of whipped Cream and stir it patiently for a while. Then keep the mixture in a refrigerator for some time. Remember that you don’t have to freeze the mixture. Cut your favourite Berries in small pieces and add them to the mixture once the mixture reaches a cool temperature. Serve this delicious recipe with slices of Fruit Cake!

Strawberry-Banana Frozen Yoghurt

Take a cup of Strawberry Yoghurt and mix Frozen Banana slices to it. Then you can add Fruit Jam or Maple Syrup and use a mixer to give the mixture a proper spin. After that you just simply have to freeze the entire mixture to later relish a delectable bowl of Happiness!
