Situated in the heart of Bangalore, Lal Bagh Botanical Garden is a lush Green heaven, spread across an area of 240 acres. The Lal Bagh Garden is one of the most attractive places in Bangalore, having a collection of most number of tropical plants in India.

The Garden is filled with some exotic Plants and Flowers. An estimation of 673 types and 1854 species are scattered all over in the Garden. The Garden serves Plants which are brought from Persia, Afghanistan and France. Some Trees are found to be more than 100 Years Old.

Consist of a distinctive watering system for irrigation purposes, Garden serves people with Flower Beds, Designed Lawns, Fountains and Lotus Pools. It also has a centre, where the department of Horticulture provide training courses on Fruits and Vegetable processing, Mushroom Cultivation and Horticulture to the public.

Lal Bagh Rock, one of the Oldest Formations on Earth, is one more key place to look at, for all the tourists who are planning to visit.
