Not recommended for people who want to have something ‘light’ as this place is all about eating till you drop! The kobiraji is a chunk of meaty goodness deep-fried in a frilly egg batter, and what could be more heavenly deep-fried mutton. Although the egg devil and fish fry are equally good, the Mutton Kobiraji in Kolkata beats them hands down! It’s a must-try!
