Source: Food and History

Kolkata enthralls a different kind of culture. The irresistible magic of Food in Kolkata is one of a kind and no other city can compete with it. From snacks to Sweet Dishes, the list is never ending and they have never failed to impress anyone. The rich culinary traditions, which has been culled through ages and inspired by several migrations and invasions, accentuate the quality of food in Kolkata.

Kolkata has a long history of Chinese Population who came here during the British India and settled permanently. With more than 10,000 registered (and non-registered) sellers of Momo in Kolkata, it’s quite a difficult to segment 5 of them. We have tried our best to do that here, and have segregated the top 5 Momo-joints based on popularity.
