Messy Fries

Who doesn’t love cheese? Get the ready-made chips and mess it up on your own.
Toss up some finely Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, and Capsicum and cook it a bit in oil. Add some ketchup on it. Garnish it with chilly flakes and seasoning. Add the desired quantity on the fries.
Melt some cheese on top and you are ready to go.

Nasty Nachos

With different brands providing options of Nachos and Tortilla Chips, this would be an easy one too. Make the saucy vegetables as mentioned above. You may also use some mayo on top of it. Add melted Cheese on top to make the perfect combination. Garnish with some Coriander. You may want to add mayonnaise to go along with it.

Cheese Bread

Grill some bread Slices and keep them aside. Butter the inner side of the bread slice. Garnish with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum with salt and desired spices. Keep a cheese slice on top and microwave it for 2 minutes. You may garnish it with coriander and chilly flakes.

Onion Rings

Slice up the Onions to the desired ring size. Make a mixture of Corn Flour and Besan Flour with salt and essential spices. Dip the Onion rings and deep fry it. You may top it with cheese or mayonnaise as per your desired taste.

This is the quickest among all. Roast the peanuts and keep them aside. Add freshly chopped capsicum, onions and tomatoes. Add salt, chilly powder and lemon. You may also soak Peanuts for an hour if you don’t prefer the roast them.

Potato Wedges

Slice the potatoes to the desired size. Make a mixture of corn flour and maida with salt and spices. Deep fry it and keep it aside. Garnish it with salsa dip and melt some cheese on it.

Corn Bhel

Boil sweet corn and keep it aside. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Dash in salt, spices and lemon. Alternatively, you may also try roasting the corn in butter/ghee instead of boiling it.

Baby-corn Fingers

Chop the baby corn vertically for the desired size. Make a mixture of corn flour and yoghurt with salt and spices. Dip the slices in the mixture and roast it on the pan until grilled well. You may also consider to barbeque it if the necessary appliances are available.

Chocolate Toast

Potato Bowl Chat

Cut the boiled potatoes vertically along with the skin. Scoop out the insides slightly to make it look like a bowl. Soak chickpeas until soft. Garnish it with all the necessary spices along with chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Bhajji

The Indian all-time favourite, this New Year party snacks can be done using potatoes or ridge gourd or even Bhajji Chilli. Make a mixture of gram flour with salt and spices.
For Potatoes: Boil and mash the potatoes. Add chilly powder, salt, and other spices. Make them into round balls and dip them in the mixture. Deep fry. You may garnish it with onions.
For Ridge Gourd: Cut it into vertical pieces and clean it. Make a mixture of spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper, and salt. Dip the pieces in this mixture and next dip it in the gram flour mixture.
For Bhajji Chilly: Same as the ridge gourd but you don’t have to clean it.

Paneer Tikka

Make a mixture of Corn Flour and Yoghurt with salt and spices. Dip the cut cubes of paneer in the mixture and roast it in the pan. Cut cubes of onions, tomatoes, and capsicum in the mixture and roast it in the pan.

Vada Pav

Curd Bread
