More About Regal Cinema
New Delhi’s Regal Cinema is the oldest theatre in the capital located in the heart of the city. It was beautifully architected by Walter Sykes George who was renowned Anglo-Indian architect and his name is carved in the history of architecture in India. 1932, when India was not even an Independent India, Walter Sykes came up with the iconic architecture at Connaught Place.
Now, as the Regal is all about to shut its shutters down, multiplex is most likely to be erected in place of Regal Theatre in New Delhi, says the owner.
