And since we have always believed in going the natural way, wherever it is possible, we have brought five home-made Scrubs for you to suit all the skin types. They are free from any kind of chemicals and are extremely easy to prepare. Just follow these simple steps –
For Normal To Dry Skin
Take Walnut Powder or ground Almonds and mix it into a paste with one teaspoon of Curd and one teaspoon of Honey. One more Scrub to suit this type of skin is the Scrub made from Green Tea. Take two Green Tea Bags and mix a few drops of Essential Oil with half teaspoon of Olive Oil and one Teaspoon of Honey. Mix it properly and it is ready to be applied.
For Sensitive And Dry Skin
Take Sesame Seeds (crushed) and mix it well with one Teaspoon of Honey and Milk to get a proper paste. Scrub your face gently with this prepared paste and leave it to dry. Once dry, wash it off. Always remember to Scrub for only a minute and not more than that.
For Sensitive And Oily Skin
We all know Papaya is the best medicine for your skin. So take Papaya pulp and mix it with Egg White. Apply this mixture on your face and leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, start rubbing gently to wash it off with Water.
For Skin Vulnerable To Acne
Take a Kiwi Fruit and mash it well. After that, take Olive Oil (two drops) and Sugar (two teaspoons) and mix it well with the mashed Kiwi. Scrub this paste gently for one minute. Leave it to dry. Once it dries, wash it off with Water.
For Skin Vulnerable To Blackheads
Oats become your friend when you are trying to lose weight, but they are also advantageous while scrubbing. Take Oats and mix them with Egg White. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Then scrub gently by making it a little wet with water. After Scrubbing for a minute, wash it off completely with Water.
